Entry Level Sales Representative / Outside Sales Canvasser

• Position Type: Full-time employees or full-time summer internships (for current students)
• Compensation: Average OTE (on-target earnings) is $22/hr - $34/hr. Earn $15/hr to $40/hr base + commission!
• $15/hr starting base pay that increases to $16/hr after 90 days and $17.50/hr after 1 year
• Earn up to $40/hr depending on leads, demos, and sales bonuses reached
• Hours: Full-time Monday - Friday with optional Saturday work (up to 40 hrs/week). Hours will change as daylight changes: 10 AM-6 PM would be the earliest and 1 PM-9 PM would be the latest (currently 11 AM-7 PM CST).

Responsibilities

• Go door to door as a team canvassing a neighborhood
• Talk to homeowners about setting up a free consultation/estimate for their roofing, siding, gutters, and window (home exterior) needs
• Answer questions about our services and free estimates
• Maintain a contact list and follow up with customers to continue a relationship
• Meet and exceed individual goals
• Uphold the company’s core values
• Daily Schedule: The team starts with morning meetings to set daily goals, takes a mid-day break, and wraps up with an end-of-day meeting to discuss what went right, what went wrong, and how to improve
• Reports to the Canvassing Sales Manager

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle transportation
