Ridge Top Exteriors installed hardi plank siding on two gable ends. The entire experience was very professional and pleasant. The sales person, Nicole Campobianco, was very knowledgeable, honest and courteous….just a nice person and not a hardnosed salesperson! We felt she looked at it from our perspective and did her best to provide a very competitive quote. It is much appreciated! The entire crew was hardworking, polite, and extremely good at their work. The end result looks better than I had expected or hoped for. I highly recommend RTE to anyone looking to do home improvements. I had Ridge Top Exteriors replace damaged siding from a storm in 2022. I had difficulty finding someone to do the work, because my insurance company was only willing to replace broken pieces of siding. They agreed to do the work and came in several hundred dollars cheaper than competitors. They provided good communication on timing of project, were respectful of our property, and were a pleasure to work with. I would hire them for additional work in the future.

Overall, this is a good company, but I did not have the best experience with their customer service. They get 5 stars for their products. I had 2 jobs with them (a new roof and siding for one side of my house due to storm damage). I signed a contract in May 2022 and my roof was completed in early July 2022. Again, 5 stars for the roofing project and crew! I signed the same contract for my siding in May 2022, but the siding didn’t get done until January 2023! This is where this company lost points. My project manager basically lied about his ability to handle the project and what he “did” to move this project along. He didn’t do anything. He lied about sending my siding in for the test match. He lied and said he would call back numerous times. Honestly, the only reason why this project got done was because I had to be an advocate for myself. I gave him grace and understanding for what he was dealing with. I constantly asked if someone else could handle the project and he said he would handle it until he just stopped responding. And no, I was not an annoying customer. I didn’t call every day or every week. I gave this man space to do his job and he didn’t deliver. I even asked if I should pay when the roof was done and he said no. I don’t like to owe people. At that point, I was over it, but I only stayed with this company because I didn’t want to start from scratch with another company. This was an insurance claim…guaranteed money. Mind you, I’m a busy woman with kids, a home, and full-time job that I had to constantly spend hours of time working to make this happen. One would think that I worked there with all of the time I dedicated to seeing this through. I asked for the Regional Manager (the next step up) to make this work. Josh was wonderful! He made it happen, but had to start over where the original Project Manager failed miserably. Siding was finally tested and a match was found. Then I had to wait for the siding to come in (over a month). Finally, 8 months later it was done!!! Yes, 8 months…I went through seasons for a simple siding job. I give 5 stars for the actual siding job and crew (Randy was great), but overall this company gets a 3 for the agony I had to go through. There should be a plan in place to continue business when someone can’t or fails to do their job. I’m sure the company will write a nice little message under my review about my concerns. I’ve already reached out to the owner months ago to express my concerns via email…he never replied. I also shared with others in the company that they wouldn’t get the best review…so they were aware that this was coming and cannot deny what I went through. Just be an advocate for yourself. If they don’t follow-up ask to work with someone else. I’d still recommend this company and work with them again, just never with my original Project Manager. I didn’t receive the 5 star service that you promise. I chose this company because of the great reviews and I’m happy that others had a great experience. I just wish I could’ve had the same.

My wife and I brought in Ridge Top Exteriors to replace several windows and exterior sliding glass doors. Our old windows were going bad and the old doors were single pane non energy efficient. The new windows and doors look amazing and I can already feel the difference. The rooms no longer get warmer the closer I get to a window or door.The crew that worked at the house was also fantastic. Very nice people and always cleaned up or asked if they could leave something overnight, since the install took three days.I would, and most likely will use them again when ready to replace the remaining windows.Thank you Ridge Top Exteriors...---UPDATE 3/23 ----I am updating this review because my wife and I have gone to Ridge Top Exteriors again now in 2023. We had 9 storm windows installed as replacement for builder grade windows on the south side of our home. The windows were installed without any issues and they fit into place like a glove. The measurements were spot on.We love the look of the windows and we are looking forward to the harde board installation to take place after the window inspection.We will finish our review after the total job is completed.

Jeff, a Ridgetop Window and Door installation manager, had to come back out to replace a Door frame his contractor did not install correctly. He and his partner came out and were able to remove the contractor installed door frame and replace it with a new one in a couple hours from start to finish. It works and looks much better than the previously installed door.It would have been a much better experience had the door been installed correctly in the first place. Therefore, I'm rating Jeff as a 5 Star but overall, my impression of Ridgetop is not so high. Buyer Beware.

Robert, Kevin, and Ridgetop did a good job of guiding us through the whole claims process and the process to get the work done. Kevin also was communicative with us advising us as to when things would be appearing and crews showing up. Then Kevin on his walk through spotted things needing to be addressed including further cleanup and other things regarding the actual work. A screwup by someone, presumably at Ridge Top, led to an unacceptable 7 month wait to get my new siding installed. Someone ordered the wrong siding. It took forever to finally get the correct siding and get the job started. Once started, the crew that installed the siding was amazing in every way. The crew leader (expediter) Kevin Schick was incredible with a wealth of relative experience. I could not have been more impressed with the installation than I was, and, still am. I am a very particular guy and absolutely nothing about the installation job from start to finish concerned me in the least. Everyone on the job was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and 100% professional!

We recently had our siding replaced by Ridgetop, and 10/10 do NOT recommend. I cannot stress this enough… do NOT even waste your time.After the sales process is over, their communication is so bad, I thought numerous times we were being ripped off. We were told our siding was in October, and someone would contact us soon to install. A month later I reached back out, only to be told that someone would reach out again. A week later I got a message that our siding was in, and we’d be hearing from someone soon. Very funny.When the project manager Ethan finally did call mid December, he gave us an install date of Dec 20th. I asked about dumpsters and material being delivered, and he said he wasn’t sure when. The next I heard from him was when the dumpster was literally being dropped in our driveway. Thankfully one person was there to move one car, but we were unable to move our other car due to the short notice.We experienced several delays due to weather, which we understood. However, I was given dates three times that a crew would be in to install, and waited at home for nearly two hours two times with no one showing up. When I reached out to our “project manager” he didn’t answer. The third time the crew didn’t show, he did call, and flat out told me they were just refusing to work since it was such a small job. Thankfully I didn’t bother waiting for them that time. Very unprofessional.The fourth install date was scheduled for a Tuesday. The crew showed up Monday unannounced to do the job, and of course complained that there was a car stuck behind the dumpster.After the job was completed, the crew left, also with no communication to us whether they were done or not. A few days later, Ethan showed up unannounced to do the walk through. We noted there were trim pieces missing on the side of the house on the report and never heard from him again.Three weeks later we were contacted for final payment. I reminded them the job was not yet finished, and they had another person (who actually called!!) Reach out to use to find out what needed to be done. He joked about our project manager being Ethan, and that is why he didn’t know what needed to be done.Leroy finally came and finished the trim pieces, and even fixed something Ethan lied about being repairable. Thank you Leroy for being the first person who knows how to do their job.I have to wonder how the project manager actually has a job, or if he understands what his job actually entails. Also, Robert the sales guy promised he would be here to back us up the whole process but conveniently stopped responding to us after the second day the crew didn’t show. At least we finally have siding on our house, and are done with these people.Run away from this company, run.

Regretfully, I would not recommend Ridgetop. We hired them for a siding project. Throughout the project, it felt our project wasn't a priority - even though I am certain we paid above market price for our hardy siding project. Additionally, time management almost led us to not having the final look we wanted because once they were on the job they wanted to finish it and move on. I was told that they had other customers they wanted to get to. What about finishing the job right that you are on first? Finally, we had a disagreement about the scope of service. Specifically, the vinyl window sills. They indicated this wasn't a part of the scope of service and only offered a change order with a discount to come back to fix them. Chip, the sales person specifically tapped his hand on the window sill and said "we will get all this cleaned up" during the sales pitch. I chose them because of their Google rating and reviews and didn't shop around because I would rather pay for good customer service than have the lowest price. Regrettably, I feel like I overpaid and they underdelivered.

Update 2/2/2023 - Wanted to give one final review. I updated my rating from one to three stars, but would still be hesitant to recommend based on communication and delays.Work was supposed to start Mon. 10/24 but was delayed to Wed. 10/26 due to vehicle issues of the crew and then weather. The crew worked from Wed until Sun 10/30. They finished in the dark around 7pm. When they left, they asked if they could leave their ladders and scaffolding and some other tools in the back yard for two days as well as their dump trailer on the road. They said they would be back Wed. to pick up things and check to see if anything was missed. The next day/Mon morning, the project manager from RidgeTop had planned to come walk the project. He did arrive Mon morning and many things were done incorrectly or unfinished. A ton of caulking wasn't done and with rain coming Fri, I was glad the crew was coming back Wed so it could be finished. Come Wed, crew never came. Then didn't come Thurs. It took TWO weeks for them to come back and fix some of the siding that was done incorrectly, the fascia, and caulk. My husband and his friend were out there at night trying to caulk windows and doors themselves so things wouldn't get ruined. Overall the quality is good, but the communication and delays were not good at all. Also, most of the window screens were damaged during tear off, but RidgeTop came and replaced the screens within a week of the job being completed.Update 10/19 4pm - Received a call from the production manager. Due to snow/wind the team is delayed and will begin next Mon, 10/24. He apologized for the lack of communication and gave me his cell to call/text if needed. I'm happy to update my review to a positive one after the job is completed next week if it goes as now rescheduled and is done with quality work.We signed a contract on 4/9/2022 to have siding on our house, garage, and some soffit/fascia replaced. The original plan was to have it installed in July. Due to the color we picked and supply chain issues, the materials were delayed and expected to arrive in August. We found this out weeks after signing. Although not ideal, we understood it was out of their control. It was agreed that we would be able to start install around 2 weeks after materials arrived, so we planned on Aug or early Sept at latest. A team member called and asked how often I wanted updates on the materials and I said every other week was fine and just to text. After one update I received no other updates. I then had to text every few weeks for an update. When I texted Sept. 20th, I was told that it looks like our materials are in and they would talk to the siding manager and check schedule date. After a week of hearing from no one, I called the office and they said someone would call today/tomorrow to schedule. A week later nothing, called again. And the next week again nothing, so called again. I went back to our original sales person and explained my frustration and lack of communication and he was able to get us scheduled two weeks out. Perfect. The date before install is supposed to start, 10/17, I've heard from no one. I text our sales rep and he says materials will be dropped off today and they will start tomorrow morning, 10/18. Sure enough, an hour later materials get dropped in our yard. 10/18 comes and no one shows up or calls. At 4pm I message our sales rep and he says he will reach out to scheduling and get back to me. 10/19 (today) I wait until around 10 and call the main office explaining everything and she says she will get someone to call me back. I text the sales rep at 12:30 asking for an update. It is now after 3pm and I've heard from no one. Besides the one call and text in May, I have heard from NOONE at the company without me reaching out. I had to beg to find out when my materials arrived and then go weeks of desperately trying to get anyone to get back to me just to get on the schedule. This is the worst customer service. This is a HUGE investment and I can't get anyone to take FIVE minutes to return my phone call.

We had Ridgetop give us three estimates. One for windows. One for Roof. One for Gutters.The estimate they gave us for the windows couldn't structurally be done. Thank goodness we called for two other companies for estimates (Pella, Thebco) who knew what they were doing and told us it couldn't be done (structurally). Otherwise we probably would've given Ridgetop the downpayment for the estimate/project they couldn't complete. Not sure how that would've turned out, but by giving us an estimate for a job that couldn't be completed...Unfortunately, my wife and I did go with them to replace the gutters. We explicitly stated we wanted larger gutters. They replaced them with the same size. Granted, I did initial the contract to have 5 inch gutters put on the house (same size as originals) but this is not what I do for a living and I trusted their people to be listening and get it right. They didn't and they made no attempt to make it right.The roofing they did was adequate.

Overall, our experience went well. We had our roof, siding and gutters replaced due to hail damage.Ridge Top (Ryan) was very patient with our insurance company and followed up with them (and us) often to keep us in the loop.Materials were ordered right away (and stored by Ridge Top) but we had to wait a couple of months for insurance to approve everything before the work could start. (The work was initially approved by insurance, and then a different claims adjuster took over our claim and we basically had to start from scratch).The roof was installed in one day. The workers were very quick. Although they took a lot of precautions to catch nails on a drop cloth, we did still find quite a few nails in our lawn and on our patio after the work was complete. The siding was installed about 2 months later. The finished product looks great and exactly how we envisioned it.This siding install took 3-4 days including the tear off. Once the siding was complete, the gutters were installed within a week and took 1-2 days. Each day, the crew cleaned up their materials and stored them nicely in the driveway. They also secured everything nicely so that nothing would blow away in high winds.There was a miscommunication about our screen door. It was accidently removed by the siding crew and wasn't rehung initially. When they came back to install it, it wouldn't latch, so it had to be rehung again which took a couple of weeks. It still isn't perfect, but it's better than it was.Ryan, our sales guy, was great to work with. He is still working with our insurance company to ensure we are compensated for the damage that was sustained by hail. Antonio was also great to work with and was very responsive and worked around our schedule to stop over after hours to access the initial screen door install.Overall, we're happy with the work that was done and appreciated the communication as the project progressed.

I used Ridge Top to re-side my entire house and garage as well as add some venting to my roof. I went with them because they had high ratings, a good estimate and seemed to be very responsive in the beginning. The initial sales person mentioned that they were extremely busy and lead time would be 10-12 weeks, which I had no issue with. Once the project was set to begin, the crew was running a few days behind, which was not a huge deal (it happens), but it turned into a rush job with very poor communication. The crew was able to remove and replace all of the siding in one day, but work was definitely rushed and I feel that the crew had no regard for my property or the work they were doing. The awning over my side door was replaced so low that I couldn't open the side door completely, the light on my garage wasn't properly reset, the electrical outlets on the garage and back of my house weren't re-secured properly, two of my window screens were ripped, caulking around the windows and doors was done sloppily (if at all) - the list goes on. I asked about permits for the work and no one could give me a definitive answer. I kept getting a "no news is good news" response or no response at all (after asking 3 people within the company). When I asked when a crew could come back to fix the work, I was told by the project manager that Juan would be coming out in the afternoon. Later that afternoon, two younger men were in my yard fixing something on the garage (one of them was wearing an Infinity Roofing shirt). I asked which one of them was Juan and turns out, neither of them was Juan, but Juan sent them? It seemed like the repairs after the project just became a huge game of telephone and at the end, there were still things that did not get fixed. I had high hopes for Ridge Top but feel they are likely over extending themselves and getting jobs done fast which results in poor work product and communication. I'll definitely look to other companies when I need any other work done.

Steve Dulock became my contact person with the company and could not have been more honest and helpful during the entire process. My project required the coordination and cooperation of three separate companies as my home is equipped with electric solar and water solar panels. Steve was instrumental in making sure all went as smoothly as possible.The demolition and installation crew were efficient and professional the entire time they were on site. Tim was on site making sure all ran smoothly, all necessary supplies were available for the crew to complete the job.Upon completion of the job, the crew left the property in a pristine condition. All trash and debris was picked up, bagged and removed.I could not recommend a more high quality, professional company.

Project was to replace the existing asphalt roof. Crew arrived on time. Started to rip the old roof off and found 4 layers of old shingles up there. This caused extra time for the removal. Cleaned up debris and laid new roof. What should have been one day job for 7 guys took two whole days to complete. The guys were amazing and worked pretty much non-stop for the 19 hours spent. Happy with the finished product. There were a few small issues that Ridgetop took care of without complaint or extra charges. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I selected Ridge Top Exteriors to replace the siding on my house with James Hardy primed-for-paint fiber cement boards and I am very happy with the final product. The price to do fiber cement siding is a bit mind blowing if you're not familiar with construction costs (which I wasn't), and Ridge Top's bid was in the middle of the four contractors I researched and received quotes from.From the beginning of the project to the end, I had a great customer experience. Chris Pearce, the primary project manager, was fantastic - he answered the many (many, many, many) questions I had prior to the sale and followed through with consistent communication throughout the project. When I reached out to him during the project, he always responded promptly, even when I had a question after the project was completed and signed off.The crew was very nice and polite and kept to the project timeline, with a slight delay due to Hurricane Ian. They were at my house promptly by 8 AM each morning and worked through 5 PM (sometimes later). I work from home and watched as they did the demo and install - they did everything just as described during the sales process, so there were no unexpected surprises. They left my property as they found it, nice and clean. The project expediter, Efrain, kept me updated on the project milestones and regularly checked up on the progress.Overall, I felt like I was in good hands with Ridge Top and would be happy to do business with them again.

I have dealt with many contractors over the years as a former landlord, and with my own homes. Ridge Top Exteriors is by far in my top three professional, trustworthy, and customer service driven businesses. My first contact was with Nate (turns out we had a connection from years ago). My second was with the roof installation team. My third with Nick who installed the gutter guards. Everyone went the extra mile with a smile. Nate was always responsive and provided follow-up. He has solid knowledge of the industry and the products. The installation team was amazing - tear off and install in one day. Their clean-up afterwards? It was spotless - no damage to my landscaping, not a nail to be found. It was like the new roof just appeared. Last but not least, Nick did the gutter guard installation and he more than went the extra mile with cleaning the gutters, even on the half of the house that I didn't put the guards on. I can not say enough good things about this company. Chad Hockett went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We had hail damage and our insurance company was extremely hard to work with. Chad showed up multiple times on his own time outside of work and took photos and met with inspectors on multiple occasions until we got everything settled. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and just all around helped us out tremendously. The crew showed up early Monday morning tore off our old roof and had a brand new roof on by the evening. don't buy into their sales pitch of this price is for the worst case scenario. They told us our price was high so if there were more problems they wouldn't have to go back and ask for more money from the finance company. In our contract it stated that they would tear off back to the rafters re-deck and so on. long story short they charged me the worst case scenario and I don't have brand new decking they overlaid new wood over our old wood. My big concern is that if they did this to us we know they are doing this to other homeowners. Not sure how honest this company is. The original guy who was our sales person is no longer there so everything is done with others who are going off of what they think. If there was better communication and we had all new decking I don't think we would have any issues. Hope we can resolve this situation soon!

My experience with Ridge Top Exteriors was excellent from the beginning to the end of the project. My project manager Nelly Gordon was excellent, she helped us with the insurance company to place a claim, she came when the insurance came to perform the inspection and helped us with the whole process. The insurance was really fast approving all. The day of the installation was another challenge because there was rain in the forecast. They came earlier enough to make it happen and by the time rain started the installation was almost over and rain didn't affect the final result. All the people who came in were hard worker focus to satisfy us and to have an excellent result, they were really nice people, the Manager in charge was very professional and very informative during the whole process. They left all clean and nice. I consider the value is a little hight but the quality is good, in other words good quality for the value.

We had an awesome experience with Ridge Top Exteriors. We had some hail and wind damage to our roof. Beau came and inspected the roof and helped us with the claim for our insurance. He made the process super easy and less stressful. When the insurance piece was figured out Ernie and his crew came out and moved quickly and did quality work installing the new plywood and roof. We also had issues with our chimney, which was fixed by the mason. The crew did a great job. We noticed a few items that needed attention after the installation, and Ernie and Beau made sure those were taken care of quickly. The quality of work was amazing. A complete residing using preprimed Hardie cement fiberboard and removal of old shiplap cedar for our home and part of the nearby horse barn. They were not the lowest bid but the inspection for an estimate was extremely thorough, and they explained what needed to be done in detail. Our 2 story home is large and full of complex angles and niches.The excellent work crew cleaned up after each day and made sure we were pleased with their efforts. An "expediter" routinely came by to make sure installation was being done properly. The crew often had to stay over for more than an 8 hour shift. When the siding work was completed, the foreman made sure the punch list was done and we were fully satisfied no matter what. Ridgetops deposit was very modest and would only take the remaining full payment upon our satisfaction. They have a very nice transferrable warranty. Any questions or issues we had were addressed very quickly. We will certainly use them again for their other services if need arises. The trim work around the wiring and plumbing was done with great care.

The crew boss was aware of the roof's leak and fixed the problem. He noticed the shingles were the wrong shade. He had visited our house earlier in the week and had the correct supplies before his crew arrived Friday. Our product sheet didn't have enough plywood for the job. He brought the plywood himself. My husband and I had Ridge Top Exteriors come and complete a roof repair for us recently. Our initial experience with them at the start of service was very positive- professional, good communication, and organized. Tyler was extremely professional and helpful to work with. However, the experience of having the actual work completed was very unprofessional, sloppy, and disorganized. What was supposed to be a four hour job turned into a four day job because the crews that showed up to our house didn’t know what they were doing. There was a lack of oversight of the actual work being done that led to sloppy work. We had to provide oversight of the project ourselves and repeatedly inspect work because Ridge Top did not have a project manager present to inspect or direct work. While I think this company is well intentioned, their system lacks oversight and organization that leads to poor workmanship. I would not recommend this company to others.

We had new soffits and siding installed and were absolutely satisfied. From Abbie with her professional presentation to Joe with his supervision as the installation progressed. It was fascinating during Abbie's presentation with a computer program on her tablet showing us different angles of our house with all the options and colors so that we can make an educated decision. The crew that worked on the installation were very professional and seemed to work very well together. I have had contractors previously for other projects that half the crew would work and the other half visited with one another. The rep we initially spoke to followed up to see if we were interested in working with ridgetop but we had decided to use another roofer. When I told him this, instead of just accepting that, he proceeded to argue that we didn't give him an adequate chance. Might be true but seriously, you win some, you lose some. Add on the fact that they have plenty of signs in our subdivision but have yet to see anyone actually getting their roof replaced I question when they would have actually been able to do the work. I already have material delivered and a will have a new roof next week. I spoke to a neighbor who is using ridgetop and they had no idea when their roof work will when start.

Mike the project mgr was great! He came and gave me a quote and even tho it was 2x as much as other quotes I had gotten, I went with him because I felt I could trust him, he explained things so well, really looked at the project… he said due to storms it may be a month or so before they could come. A month passed and I didn’t hear anything so I contacted the company-they said it would be about another week. The following week a gentleman called me and said he would be here on Thursday or Friday. So I rearranged my schedule to have other things done (tree trimming, chimney repair…) so the roof would be done first. Needless to say, they never showed up or called. I messaged him and asked if I could get another time frame so I can rearrange things and he answered yes that he would get back to me and I never heard back. So now I am over a month behind schedule and need to find someone else and push all of my projects back even further. Now I’ve asked for my deposit back and Mike said he will take care of it. I have faith in him and hoping he follows thru but the others really let me down!

When my materials came in my expeditor Eric Hansen and crew chief Sebastian were the best repair workers I’ve ever worked with. Eric kept me informed of every detail of my install and expedited my work efficiently. Sebastian was the crew chief and he was professional and thorough. The crew that worked for Sebastian did an excellent job doing my siding and window install. We had a complete roof tear off and installation completed 6/3/22.Very happy with the whole process. From the beginning of getting the quote from the project manager (Chad Hockett, who has past experience working and is therefore very knowledgeable in the industry) we were impressed by the attention and notices we received for just calling them for a quote.Even though the other quotes we had gotten came in cheaper, we decided to go with Ridge Top because Chad always responded right away and put up with what was probably stupid questions from me about the whole process.Another reason we chose Ridge Top is they offer a way to pay for the project through a payment plan. Other places wanted half up front and rest at finish which can be daunting when you didn't plan to have to pay for a whole new roof right away. Plus, all the scary stories of people running off with your money when you pay part upfront and not coming back.But besides the financing part, I cannot give more kudos to Chad and the entire work crew that came out to do the job!They took extra time to move some of the potted plants and stuff that I didn't think I had to move and put tarps down to protect the other plants and things around the house. They even worked overtime when they realized they missed a separate small side roof over an alcove but stayed late to complete it.They even made sure the gutter guards my husband spent time to put in before were still in place. The clean-up was well done also.Overall, I would highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors.

We hired Ridge Top to replace some old vinyl siding on our house. Matt came out to give us a quote and we immediately knew we’d rather work with him than some of the other Exterior companies in the area. He had a “no nonsense” attitude and got right to the point. We like that (instead of the 3 hour sit down at our kitchen table that other high pressure sales companies like to do).We were happy with their bid and a few months later they were ready to install. We had a few issues with supplies since the manufacturer was out of the color we originally selected. But they let us know pretty early on so we had time to think over a different option. Other supply issues that came up were taken care of pretty smoothly.Eric was in charge of running the installer crew and he was a pleasure to work with. Any issues we had he was able to take care of right away. He was prompt and made sure to stay in constant communication. Couldn’t ask for anything more, really.Our installers were Heath and Ed. These guys know their stuff and were extremely nice. Install lasted a little over a week (with one rain delay and the guys working on a couple different jobs). They’re both extremely attentive to detail and took their time to make sure things were right. If there was an issue with how the previous siding was installed around the doors and windows, they made sure to fix it so their job would be completed the right way.We’re happy with the result. House looks a million times better! I’d recommend Ridge Top for anyone that wants to upgrade the outside of their home 👍

I first got a quote from Ridge Top 3 years ago for new roof, soffits, and gutters. I got quotes from other companies, but I was most impressed with Ben's manner and honest advice on my project. This year I decided it was time. Ben is still with the company and revised the quote after verifying details. It wasn't much more than it was 3 years ago and I went ahead. Yesterday my roof was installed and I can't say enough great things about the project manager John. Excellent communication throughout the day and he was present during the wrap-up at the end of the day. He even came the next day and did finishing touches and final inspection himself. The installers did a wonderful job and everyone I have dealt with in the process has been professional and helpful. They will be doing soffits and gutters/downspouts in the coming days and I am confident my home will look beautiful and be protected from the elements. We used Ridge Top Exteriors recently to remove and install two new screen doors on our back outdoor porch. Alex and his team were on time and professional. During the install, Alex noticed that one of our latches from our previous door was not holding correctly so he went out to buy a new latch to install. He was very patient when I asked him to move the door just slightly in more so that the gaps were filled.The day after they finished, I was having trouble latching the new door again. So I called and Alex came back out to take a look (the button on the holder latch - so technical right - was too tight). Alex loosened the button and that was fixed.I signed the completion paper, mailed in the final check and a week later I noticed that an animal had broken the rubber seal liner at the bottom. I called them back to ask if they could do anything to fix it since we had already signed the papers. Alex came back out within three days of my phone call, fixed the seal, and said to call them back if it happened again.Overall the customer service level from Ridge Top Exteriors was incredible and we highly recommend the company!

We had a roof leak around our chimney after a storm on a weekend. Ernie was at our house early Monday morning. He found that the chimney flashing was damaged and repaired it the same day because more rain was expected. In addition to inspecting our roof, Ernie checked inside the house and attic for water damage. He returned several days later to speak with our insurance agent and water remediation specialist when they checked our home. We were fortunate that there was no water damage, but what a relief to have 3 specialists working together! We decided to have our aging roof replaced rather than have further repairs. Ernie was also able to advise us on the best type of roof venting after attending a current educational seminar. Because we had the new roof installed by Ridge Top Exteriors we were not charged for the initial repair. Ernie is exceptionally personable and professional. The roof was done in less than a day, including very good clean up of the yard. Ernie came back after the work crew left to check the roof, check our yard for further clean up, and do touch up cleaning himself. I couldn't be happier and will have Ridge Top Exteriors do any work we need in the future.

Ridge Top was an assigned contractor by my home warranty company. Many times I’ve found the assigned contractors barely adequate, but this was a pleasant surprise. I made my request on a Friday afternoon, not expecting to even be scheduled until Monday for a roof leak. I was shocked to get a call only a few hours later. The person I worked with, John S., seemed knowledgeable and was able to come out the next day, on a Saturday. He was very easy to communicate with and quickly was in and out, easily diagnosing and fixing my problem. I felt he went above and beyond to fix the problem and keep it under my warranty, saving me money. It was not a huge problem or project, but I would not hesitate to use this company again or refer to them based on my experience.

Ridgetop did a complete remodel on our home. New roof, soffit, fascia, gutters with leaf guards, windows and siding. Our house looks brand new. Several neighbors have stopped by and complimented how it looks. Michael Rudie was our salesman. He made it easy. Stopped by our home several times and met us at their showroom on a Sunday which worked good for our schedule. He also stopped by several times during the remodel to see how things were going. Ron was our window project manager and was always available to answer questions. It's nice to call someone and they answer their phone. He never acted like you were bothering him but always there to help. He had a difficult and challenging picture window to install. 168 inches by 74 inches😲. Bill was our siding project manager along with Antonio. Bill was also easy to work with and was always there with any concerns and questions. If I would have to do this again I would definitely go with Ridgetop again because it was made a painless process by the individuals I mentioned.

Ridge Top Exteriors did a fantastic job on my soffits, fascia, and gutters. Nate Morris was great to work with and he explained everything I needed to hear. Randy then called me and set up a job time that worked for me. The actual work was done in 2 days and I am definitely pleased with the work done. Scott came out afterwards and addressed any concerns I had. We walked around my home to inspect everything and Scott answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Ridge Top Exteriors in the future if I need other work roofing or exterior work done.

My experience with Ridge Top Exteriors started out really well. I was looking for someone to put siding on part of my house. Robert who did the quote was very good. He explained everything so that I understood what he was talking about. He did not pressure me to sign a contract that day. Which was very nice. Other companies tried to pressure me into buying things I didn't need. Robert was very open about how long it would take to get the supplies, so I wasn't shocked when it took about 5 months to get them. After the supplies arrived was when I started having issues with this company. They were very poor and communicating and follow through. We set a date of March 14th to start the project. No one showed up. I called and was told they had me on the schedule for the next day and again did show up or communicate the reason. I had to initiate all the communication. Until I said I wanted to speak to the owner. Then they started calling me with updates. They left supplies at my house on March 17th. I was gone for 10 days. They said they would be there on the 28th to start, that did not happen. The final got started on April 6th and finished on April 13th. This was supposed to be a 1 day maybe 2 day install. A month later it was finally done.

Hired for vinyl siding replacement. Numerous calls for things not installed correctly. Had to hire an electrician to figure out why we loss power on an outlet in the dining room, to find out they sided over the power wires for 2 flood lights that tied in with outlet. Our dryer kept faulting out, find out they sided over the dryer exhaust vent. Calls to re-do gutter down spouts as they put them on blocking a light mounting block, and mounted others crooked. Redo flashing on garage doors as for they didn’t cut the joints correctly exposing wood, their quality inspection personnel told us that wasn’t done right, and they would come back to fix it. They then smear some white caulk over the wood and call it good. They did finally tear it off and make it right. They tried to make everything right but had issues each time dragging the project out 3 months. They damaged the flashing on several windows, and replaced the flashing, but now the windows bind and won’t open.

Ridgetop Exteriors replaced my roof and did an excellent job. They were timely (as permitted by weather), thorough, and very responsive to any questions/concerns I had. They assigned a lead worker to my job who followed up to be sure cleanup after the process was done well and up to their high standards. Ridge Top installed new front and rear entry doors in my home in Rock County. Jake was friendly, super responsive, and got us exactly what we wanted. They stayed within my budget, got the materials and crew out here within 4 weeks of signing a contract, and did it all in the middle of the winter holiday season. We now have doors that actually lock and our draft is gone, just in time for winter to set in. We’ll definitely use them again when it’s time to replace the roof.

We contracted with Ridge Top Exteriors to replace both entrance doors, five windows, the complete residing of our home including facia and soffits, and the installation of rain gutters. Due to some issues with materials the project was four weeks late in getting started. It was originally supposed to be a six-to-eight-week lead time. It was going on 12 weeks when things got started. We were getting into late September when I emailed them expressing my concern, and I was worried because I had some follow up work that I elected to do which required moderate temps to complete. Their rep, apologized for the delay, and made some phone calls and did get things going. It was mid-October when they came in and got started. Once started everything went fairly smoothly. No complaints regarding the crews that they subcontracted my project to. Each foreman that over seen each phase of our project always took the time to answer any of my questions. When it came to going over the completed project, the only issue was a vent cap that wouldn’t stay in place and would get blown off each time the dryer started up. The vent cap blew off and unfortunately my dog got a hold of it and chewed on it. I showed this to their rep, and he said that they would replace it. It's now the end of December and I haven’t seen it yet. I am not sure at this time if they are still planning on replacing it or not.Overall, it was an interesting experience, I did find their contact person to be polite and very likeable. I would still consider them in the future for additional work that I have been planning. The issue with the vent cap, is miner. But reflects on their attention to detail and willingness to follow through once the project is completed. However, I don’t mean for this to be a negative review, I would recommend them for consideration. My wife and I are very pleased on how everything looks.

He made sure that there were enough shingles so I could do my porch roof(6 months later), but I ended up 4 shingles short. My experience with Ridge Top Exteriors was excellent. They were responsive about inspection, bidding, and scheduling. The crew was careful when bringing materials to my property through a neighbor's gate and driveway. Moreover, the project had been bid to replace all the roof sheathing, but the crew reported that all but four sheets were in perfect condition, leading to a savings of about $3,000. I recommend this company highly.

In May we noticed a hole in our siding and I had a neighbor living by with a Ridge top exteriors truck. I gave them a call and had them come out to evaluate the damage. My insurance company couldn’t match the siding and we ended up with a whole different color on our house. I’ll absolutely love the color that we chose and the fact that we went with Ridge Top exteriors. I even added to the order two new doors and window wrap. Working with them was so easy and I would definitely use them again for future home projects and recommend them to anyone. The project manager Bill is a super nice guy and Quinn was always there to help us. This definitely could have been a exhausting experience but working with them made it a lot easier.

To start out I contacted 5 contractors 3 called back 2 showed up and only 1 followed through this was Ridge Top. This was during the height of Covid 19 so perhaps that was why. I believe this was actually fortunate on my part since I ended up with an excellent company to do the job. I replaced my Gutters and 14 Windows. Jake got things started with the appraisal then Ron did the window measurements and finally Luis and crew went to work. I am very satisfied with all that was done from start to finish. High quality work and would recommend Ridge Top to anyone out there.
