We had new fascia and new gutters put on our house. They were great about getting a quote to me in a timely manner and worked with us on the timing of the project and stuck to their quote even though I wanted them to wait 3 months before starting the work. Made a big difference in the curb appeal of the house. They did a great job and no surprises. Good project management is very important to me as well as quality workmanship - we received both.

We had Ridgetop give us three estimates. One for windows. One for Roof. One for Gutters.The estimate they gave us for the windows couldn't structurally be done. Thank goodness we called for two other companies for estimates (Pella, Thebco) who knew what they were doing and told us it couldn't be done (structurally). Otherwise we probably would've given Ridgetop the downpayment for the estimate/project they couldn't complete. Not sure how that would've turned out, but by giving us an estimate for a job that couldn't be completed...Unfortunately, my wife and I did go with them to replace the gutters. We explicitly stated we wanted larger gutters. They replaced them with the same size. Granted, I did initial the contract to have 5 inch gutters put on the house (same size as originals) but this is not what I do for a living and I trusted their people to be listening and get it right. They didn't and they made no attempt to make it right.The roofing they did was adequate.

Overall, our experience went well. We had our roof, siding and gutters replaced due to hail damage.Ridge Top (Ryan) was very patient with our insurance company and followed up with them (and us) often to keep us in the loop.Materials were ordered right away (and stored by Ridge Top) but we had to wait a couple of months for insurance to approve everything before the work could start. (The work was initially approved by insurance, and then a different claims adjuster took over our claim and we basically had to start from scratch).The roof was installed in one day. The workers were very quick. Although they took a lot of precautions to catch nails on a drop cloth, we did still find quite a few nails in our lawn and on our patio after the work was complete. The siding was installed about 2 months later. The finished product looks great and exactly how we envisioned it.This siding install took 3-4 days including the tear off. Once the siding was complete, the gutters were installed within a week and took 1-2 days. Each day, the crew cleaned up their materials and stored them nicely in the driveway. They also secured everything nicely so that nothing would blow away in high winds.There was a miscommunication about our screen door. It was accidently removed by the siding crew and wasn't rehung initially. When they came back to install it, it wouldn't latch, so it had to be rehung again which took a couple of weeks. It still isn't perfect, but it's better than it was.Ryan, our sales guy, was great to work with. He is still working with our insurance company to ensure we are compensated for the damage that was sustained by hail. Antonio was also great to work with and was very responsive and worked around our schedule to stop over after hours to access the initial screen door install.Overall, we're happy with the work that was done and appreciated the communication as the project progressed.

After substantial hail damage, Ridge Top Exteriors replaced our roof, siding, gutters, and facia. We also elected to replace the windows at that time. The installation was professionally done and of recent quality. The crew foremen maintained great communication and any issues were quickly rectified. I can not say enough good things about this company. Chad Hockett went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We had hail damage and our insurance company was extremely hard to work with. Chad showed up multiple times on his own time outside of work and took photos and met with inspectors on multiple occasions until we got everything settled. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and just all around helped us out tremendously. The crew showed up early Monday morning tore off our old roof and had a brand new roof on by the evening. The crew was awesome. Super nice bunch of guys. They did a fabulous job on clean up and were very thorough. We will be using Ridge Top in the future for siding and all other exterior needs and I 100% recommend them!

We had an awesome experience with Ridge Top Exteriors. We had some hail and wind damage to our roof. Beau came and inspected the roof and helped us with the claim for our insurance. He made the process super easy and less stressful. When the insurance piece was figured out Ernie and his crew came out and moved quickly and did quality work installing the new plywood and roof. We also had issues with our chimney, which was fixed by the mason. The crew did a great job. We noticed a few items that needed attention after the installation, and Ernie and Beau made sure those were taken care of quickly. The quality of work was amazing. I have already recommended them to friends in the area and will continue to recommend them.

Roof Top Exteriors sided my duplex and replaced gutters. First, I really like the new color of the siding and the product used that offered wider slats that the old siding. The workers were helpful, respectful of my schedules and did a good job. They cleaned up all the stray nails and left over equipment on a timely basis.

My husband and I had Ridge Top Exteriors come and complete a roof repair for us recently. Our initial experience with them at the start of service was very positive- professional, good communication, and organized. Tyler was extremely professional and helpful to work with. However, the experience of having the actual work completed was very unprofessional, sloppy, and disorganized. What was supposed to be a four hour job turned into a four day job because the crews that showed up to our house didn’t know what they were doing. There was a lack of oversight of the actual work being done that led to sloppy work. We had to provide oversight of the project ourselves and repeatedly inspect work because Ridge Top did not have a project manager present to inspect or direct work. While I think this company is well intentioned, their system lacks oversight and organization that leads to poor workmanship. I would not recommend this company to others.

I contacted Ridgetop because I needed siding done on my townhouse. I decided to choose Ridgetop because of their professionalism and there responsiveness. When my materials came in my expeditor Eric Hansen and crew chief Sebastian were the best repair workers I’ve ever worked with. Eric kept me informed of every detail of my install and expedited my work efficiently. Sebastian was the crew chief and he was professional and thorough. The crew that worked for Sebastian did an excellent job doing my siding and window install. Also both Eric and Sebastian answered any questions I had about the timeline and the materials used.I would definitely recommend them again especially Eric and Sebastian. If I ever need siding, and windows again or if someone asks me who to recommend I will be giving them Eric’s and Sebastian’s names.

We had a complete roof tear off and installation completed 6/3/22.Very happy with the whole process. From the beginning of getting the quote from the project manager (Chad Hockett, who has past experience working and is therefore very knowledgeable in the industry) we were impressed by the attention and notices we received for just calling them for a quote.Even though the other quotes we had gotten came in cheaper, we decided to go with Ridge Top because Chad always responded right away and put up with what was probably stupid questions from me about the whole process.Another reason we chose Ridge Top is they offer a way to pay for the project through a payment plan. Other places wanted half up front and rest at finish which can be daunting when you didn't plan to have to pay for a whole new roof right away. Plus, all the scary stories of people running off with your money when you pay part upfront and not coming back.But besides the financing part, I cannot give more kudos to Chad and the entire work crew that came out to do the job!They took extra time to move some of the potted plants and stuff that I didn't think I had to move and put tarps down to protect the other plants and things around the house. They even worked overtime when they realized they missed a separate small side roof over an alcove but stayed late to complete it.They even made sure the gutter guards my husband spent time to put in before were still in place. The clean-up was well done also.Overall, I would highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors.

You will not find a company more responsive and more professional than this one. Believe it or not there are such things as roof damage emergencies. One call to Ridgetop and they had the emergency resolved and the problem fixed in less than 24 hours. There isn't much more you can do to be the best. A particular shout out to Nate, the scheduler who moved things around to get it done pronto. Highly, highly recommend!

We used Ridge Top Exteriors recently to remove and install two new screen doors on our back outdoor porch. Alex and his team were on time and professional. During the install, Alex noticed that one of our latches from our previous door was not holding correctly so he went out to buy a new latch to install. He was very patient when I asked him to move the door just slightly in more so that the gaps were filled.The day after they finished, I was having trouble latching the new door again. So I called and Alex came back out to take a look (the button on the holder latch - so technical right - was too tight). Alex loosened the button and that was fixed.I signed the completion paper, mailed in the final check and a week later I noticed that an animal had broken the rubber seal liner at the bottom. I called them back to ask if they could do anything to fix it since we had already signed the papers. Alex came back out within three days of my phone call, fixed the seal, and said to call them back if it happened again.Overall the customer service level from Ridge Top Exteriors was incredible and we highly recommend the company!

We had a roof leak around our chimney after a storm on a weekend. Ernie was at our house early Monday morning. He found that the chimney flashing was damaged and repaired it the same day because more rain was expected. In addition to inspecting our roof, Ernie checked inside the house and attic for water damage. He returned several days later to speak with our insurance agent and water remediation specialist when they checked our home. We were fortunate that there was no water damage, but what a relief to have 3 specialists working together! We decided to have our aging roof replaced rather than have further repairs. Ernie was also able to advise us on the best type of roof venting after attending a current educational seminar. Because we had the new roof installed by Ridge Top Exteriors we were not charged for the initial repair. Ernie is exceptionally personable and professional. The roof was done in less than a day, including very good clean up of the yard. Ernie came back after the work crew left to check the roof, check our yard for further clean up, and do touch up cleaning himself. I couldn't be happier and will have Ridge Top Exteriors do any work we need in the future.

Ridgetop did a complete remodel on our home. New roof, soffit, fascia, gutters with leaf guards, windows and siding. Our house looks brand new. Several neighbors have stopped by and complimented how it looks. Michael Rudie was our salesman. He made it easy. Stopped by our home several times and met us at their showroom on a Sunday which worked good for our schedule. He also stopped by several times during the remodel to see how things were going. Ron was our window project manager and was always available to answer questions. It's nice to call someone and they answer their phone. He never acted like you were bothering him but always there to help. He had a difficult and challenging picture window to install. 168 inches by 74 inches😲. Bill was our siding project manager along with Antonio. Bill was also easy to work with and was always there with any concerns and questions. If I would have to do this again I would definitely go with Ridgetop again because it was made a painless process by the individuals I mentioned.

Ridgetop Exteriors replaced my roof and did an excellent job. They were timely (as permitted by weather), thorough, and very responsive to any questions/concerns I had. They assigned a lead worker to my job who followed up to be sure cleanup after the process was done well and up to their high standards. I would definitely consider Ridgetop again for any outside work I need done (gutters, siding, etc.).

I have known and used Ridgetop Roofing for 3 of my clients. I am a realtor and need a dependable roofing and siding contractor to recommend to my clients.So when it came to our house of course I used Ridgetop. I compared them to 6 other firms and they were the best by far. Their price was competitive and Michael was able to source a steel siding product to replace a failed vinyl product in the same color and texture.The crew they sent was fabulous. Jesus and his team were able to complete our project in 5 hours. Had some friends of the family point me to ridge top roofing and im so grateful! VERY professional and kind hearted service all the way around!I had to leave my heat on 73-75 and it never got higher than 65/66 degrees.Now i can set my heat to 65-67 and my home is just under 70 degrees!Much love Ridgetop!

Ridge Top installed new front and rear entry doors in my home in Rock County. Jake was friendly, super responsive, and got us exactly what we wanted. They stayed within my budget, got the materials and crew out here within 4 weeks of signing a contract, and did it all in the middle of the winter holiday season. We now have doors that actually lock and our draft is gone, just in time for winter to set in. We’ll definitely use them again when it’s time to replace the roof.

We contracted with Ridge Top Exteriors to replace both entrance doors, five windows, the complete residing of our home including facia and soffits, and the installation of rain gutters. Due to some issues with materials the project was four weeks late in getting started. It was originally supposed to be a six-to-eight-week lead time. It was going on 12 weeks when things got started. We were getting into late September when I emailed them expressing my concern, and I was worried because I had some follow up work that I elected to do which required moderate temps to complete. Their rep, apologized for the delay, and made some phone calls and did get things going. It was mid-October when they came in and got started. Once started everything went fairly smoothly. No complaints regarding the crews that they subcontracted my project to. Each foreman that over seen each phase of our project always took the time to answer any of my questions. When it came to going over the completed project, the only issue was a vent cap that wouldn’t stay in place and would get blown off each time the dryer started up. The vent cap blew off and unfortunately my dog got a hold of it and chewed on it. I showed this to their rep, and he said that they would replace it. It's now the end of December and I haven’t seen it yet. I am not sure at this time if they are still planning on replacing it or not.Overall, it was an interesting experience, I did find their contact person to be polite and very likeable. I would still consider them in the future for additional work that I have been planning. The issue with the vent cap, is miner. But reflects on their attention to detail and willingness to follow through once the project is completed. However, I don’t mean for this to be a negative review, I would recommend them for consideration. My wife and I are very pleased on how everything looks.

Regarding the new roof, gutters and gutter guards installed on my house by Ridge Top I am extremely pleased with their job. Mark was very accommodating and went out of his way to meet me so I didn't have to. He made sure that there were enough shingles so I could do my porch roof(6 months later), but I ended up 4 shingles short. I emailed him 2 days ago and asked if I could buy a bundle of matching shingles. Instead, he just delivered 6 matching shingles to my office so I didn't have to meet him anywhere. Great experience! Professional crews that finished the work in a timely manner. A new roof on an addition to our house which had issues with the original construction. New gutters with leaf protection, look beautiful! The crews cleaned the work area completely. Very satisfied and we would use them again.

In May we noticed a hole in our siding and I had a neighbor living by with a Ridge top exteriors truck. I gave them a call and had them come out to evaluate the damage. My insurance company couldn’t match the siding and we ended up with a whole different color on our house. I’ll absolutely love the color that we chose and the fact that we went with Ridge Top exteriors. I even added to the order two new doors and window wrap. Working with them was so easy and I would definitely use them again for future home projects and recommend them to anyone. The project manager Bill is a super nice guy and Quinn was always there to help us. This definitely could have been a exhausting experience but working with them made it a lot easier.

To start out I contacted 5 contractors 3 called back 2 showed up and only 1 followed through this was Ridge Top. This was during the height of Covid 19 so perhaps that was why. I believe this was actually fortunate on my part since I ended up with an excellent company to do the job. I replaced my Gutters and 14 Windows. Jake got things started with the appraisal then Ron did the window measurements and finally Luis and crew went to work. I am very satisfied with all that was done from start to finish. High quality work and would recommend Ridge Top to anyone out there.

Roof replacement was done over two days - the crew was polite and professional, cleaned up everything, and the final product looks fantastic. The folks at Ridge Top installed a door and new windows on our aging back porch. They also removed and replaced rotten wood to make it more structurally sound. We were impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail of Ron and his crew, and we were blown away by the final result.

Ridge Top Exteriors installed a new two level roof with designer shingles on my home in May of 2017. Everything from the initial discussions to the final walk around inspection went very well. The installation crew was hard working and very competent. Jeff Anderson managed the overall installation and was often on site. The preparation work and installation was done very carefully. The crew even used a powerful magnetic pickup device to locate and remove every last nail near my home. The roof looks great and I fully expect it to last 50 years. Many thanks to Ridge Top Exteriors and to Jeff Anderson and his crew for the great job.
Our experience with Ridge Top Exteriors was excellent, beginning to end. The agent/contractor, Ron, came promptly for the estimate to completely re-roof our house, he listened carefully to what we wanted, provided key information about what was needed, and gave us a written estimate printed on the spot. His was the third of five estimates. The result was that we up-graded to ridge-top vents and a higher quality shingle, and he revised the estimate. He returned promptly for us to sign the contract and schedule the job.
We chose Ridge Top because the bid was very competitive (not the highest or lowest), the job could be scheduled within a month, and because the agent/contractor was no-nonsense, straight-forward guy.
The re-roofing was done on schedule and on-time. The crew was hard-working and outstanding. The care to install three new skylights with flashing kits was appreciated. The cleanup of the yard afterwards was excellent – virtually no bits of shingle or nails, etc. Two extremely heavy rains in the month since show that Ridge Top did a great job. Thanks.

Very well. Rick, Jay and Michael were a pleasure to have at our house. They worked hard and well and had many good ideas for the choices we had to make such as where to put the rebuilt steps. They reused as much wood as they could and the final cost was very close to the estimate made by Jim. Someone from Ridge Top came over gratis to look at the issue from multiple angles & suggest a range of possible responses. Since the roof was close to the end of its expected life expectancy, we opted for replacement (and enhanced ventilation).
The work stayed on schedule. The supervisor and I walked the roof after the old roofing had been torn off; I was impressed that he marked fewer plywood sheets for replacement than I might have. Excellent cleanup. As part of the project we got gutter covers, and have been happy with the results. We’ll look to Ridge Top first when we look at window replacement.
Ridge Top sided and insulated my home. They did a great job, and what I particularly liked was the trim job. They paid attention to the edges of the home, which I did with a complimentary color. It looks very sharp! They did a careful trim job around the top of my garage door. It’s the attention to the little details that I particularly appreciated. The sales person was nice and explained everything and, in particular, their “finisher” who made sure the trim jobs were done was top notch!
