I can not say enough good things about this company. Chad Hockett went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We had hail damage and our insurance company was extremely hard to work with. Chad showed up multiple times on his own time outside of work and took photos and met with inspectors on multiple occasions until we got everything settled. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and just all around helped us out tremendously. The crew showed up early Monday morning tore off our old roof and had a brand new roof on by the evening. The crew was awesome. Super nice bunch of guys. They did a fabulous job on clean up and were very thorough. We will be using Ridge Top in the future for siding and all other exterior needs and I 100% recommend them!

I selected Ridge Top Exteriors to replace the siding on my house with James Hardy primed-for-paint fiber cement boards and I am very happy with the final product. The price to do fiber cement siding is a bit mind blowing if you're not familiar with construction costs (which I wasn't), and Ridge Top's bid was in the middle of the four contractors I researched and received quotes from. From the beginning of the project to the end, I had a great customer experience. Chris Pearce, the primary project manager, was fantastic - he answered the many (many, many, many) questions I had prior to the sale and followed through with consistent communication throughout the project. When I reached out to him during the project, he always responded promptly, even when I had a question after the project was completed and signed off. The crew was very nice and polite and kept to the project timeline, with a slight delay due to Hurricane Ian. They were at my house promptly by 8 AM each morning and worked through 5 PM (sometimes later). I work from home and watched as they did the demo and install - they did everything just as described during the sales process, so there were no unexpected surprises. They left my property as they found it, nice and clean. The project expediter, Efrain, kept me updated on the project milestones and regularly checked up on the progress. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands with Ridge Top and would be happy to do business with them again.

Project was to replace the existing asphalt roof. Crew arrived on time. Started to rip the old roof off and found 4 layers of old shingles up there. This caused extra time for the removal. Cleaned up debris and laid new roof. What should have been one day job for 7 guys took two whole days to complete. The guys were amazing and worked pretty much non-stop for the 19 hours spent. Happy with the finished product. There were a few small issues that Ridgetop took care of without complaint or extra charges. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
