Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers at their homes to present roofing, siding, gutter, and window solutions
• Run scheduled appointments and consultations throughout the week
• Generate detailed work scopes and contracts for customers
• Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers
• Keep CRM notes and calendar appointments up to date
• Maintain strong product knowledge and continue developing sales skills
• Take initiative, stay organized, and represent the company professionally
• Uphold the company’s core values
• Report to the Sales Manager

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience required
• Experience in the home improvement industry, including roofing, windows, siding, gutters, or home repair, is highly preferred
• Must have reliable transportation for attending appointments
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Comfortable carrying and climbing a ladder to inspect roofs
• Ability to communicate value effectively during in-home presentations
• Basic computer skills required, as contracts are computer-generated
• Experience using a CRM or similar computer systems is preferred
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and honesty
• Ability to learn and apply basic sales concepts
